This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is complete.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy 

No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or arriving more than 5 minutes late without prior notice. 

Late Cancellation: Cancelling or rescheduling a confirmed appointment with less than 12 hours notice.

No shows and late cancellations may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service fee. This policy will be enforced at my discretion, as I understand that life happens. So, in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible.
